Privacy & listing removal

For listed facilities

MedHub lists the public, business information of real medical facilities (name, category, location, public contact details) gathered from public sources. This is free promotion of your public information. You can:

• Claim your listing to control what is shown (see “Claim this listing” on your profile);
• Correct anything via “Report an error” — corrections are prioritised;
• Request removal — honoured on request, no argument, via any report form or the chat.

Where a listing contains information about an identifiable person (for example a named sole practitioner), that person may object to its display or to any direct marketing at any time, and we will honour it.

For visitors

Searching requires no account. Enquiry details (name, contact, message) are used solely to deliver your enquiry to the facility and to follow up on it. We do not sell personal data.

Use the on-site chat or any report form; removal and correction requests reach a person.
